Fawcett Connections is a genealogical research site for ALL families with connections to Thomas FAWCETT & Mary AIREY who married at Holy Trinity, Kendal, Westmorland (within present-day Cumbria), England on the 06 Jan 1812.

What this site contains

Our database collection represents many years of part-time research into both the ancestral and descendant families of Thomas & Mary. Thanks to TNG (the software powering this site) the results of this research are now organised and displayed in an elegant and easily navigable fashion.

Ancestors & Descendants

Although Thomas & Mary's ancestors were confined to the northern-English county of Westmorland and neighbouring parishes within Lancashire and Yorkshire, their descendants have spread throughout much of England and around the world. Major branches can be found in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada.

Of special interest is our family's long-standing association with the parishes of Old Hutton, Killington and Shap within Westmorland.
